Yeah, I know, that's weak. But I'm lacking of the brain power. As I, the Surreal half of this journal, am in reality Irish, I feel it is my duty to post something on this day. So, this is what I've got.
Here, a link to a Tin Man vid I made a while back to Flogging Molly's "Requiem for a Dying Song." As if I need a reason to pimp my own videos, but the group is Irish (clearly) and Tin Man just always had this Celtic feel to it (with the kilts and barfights and all).
Also - I have this absolutely awesome song that I downloaded 11 years ago (no, seriously - in 1999) but unfortunately, there is also no evidence of this song in existance on the interwebs today, not even the lyrics. I desperately would love to share it, but as it has been so damn long since I used my website, I have no idea how to upload stuff to it on this laptop.
So, I'm working on that. The band is called "Those Darn Accordians" and the song is titled "Deathbed Confessions." Stay tuned, I am determined to get this thing online for people to download. As it is brutally Celtic and it makes me squee so hard. If anyone knows of a (free, easy) file sharing site where I can upload and people can download - please let me know! :D
